I don't know what I want for Christmas

Several people I want to buy gifts for this Christmas don't know what they want and have not provided a wish list to anyone. These is an issue that comes up every Christmas and at birthdays as well. My dad routinely gets multiple pairs of plain black socks for Christmas because he can never come up with anything else that he wants. Some people will tell you that I haven't given a suitable list either. What I would like to do is come up with a list of questions that will spurn some ideas...

This list is intended to be filled out by people who say, "I don't know what I want for Christmas." If you are a person that knows what you want or need then skip this list and by all means let people know what you desire.
  1. Name two things that you purchase frequently for yourself that you don't like to pay for.
  2. What are some things in your kitchen that need replacing?
  3. What are some things in your garage that need replacing?
  4. Name a clothing item you can use and what size.
  5. Name an item that you are currently saving money for.
  6. What are your favorite foods/places to eat.
  7. What do you do in your spare time for fun?
  8. What types of books do you like/favorite authors?
  9. Name something that would make life easier for you.
  10. What activity takes up the majority of your awake time?
  11. Name a new gadget that looks interesting to you.
  12. What will your New Years resolution be?

Joanna this actually got me thinking!! I told my sis I wanted a new pair of sunglasses (inexpensive of course because I have a tendency to lose 'em) & a new pair of cute shoes... She laughed & didn't think it was very christmasy! But that's what I need and something I just wouldn't buy for myself... I'll wear my shoes until they are falling off of my feet!

I'm glad it got you thinking. I do the same thing with my shoes. I usually have 1 maybe 2 pairs that I just wear constantly until they fall apart.
